Refund Policy

1. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. This includes but not limited to in the event:

i. you fail to pass the identity verification process; ii. you do not use the services or the reports upon purchase; iii.

your account gets cancelled by Whopay for violation of these terms and conditions; iv. you made a wrong purchase due to lack of prior consultation from our customer service officers; v. you do not have sufficient expertise to use the reports; vi. you have not extracted the report within (1) year from the date of purchase.

 

2. Notwithstanding the above, you shall be entitled to a refund if Whopay experiences a system malfunction or downtime and that delays you from viewing or accessing the purchased report(s) for more than (3) working days.

 

3. A refund raised on any other grounds may be granted upon review by Whopay’s management team subject to clause 4. Such other grounds may include the following :-

i. if the purchased reports are inaccessible for a period exceeding (14) days provided that the inaccessibility is not based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc used by you) or on any other voluntarily or involuntarily, directly or indirectly attributable to your actions;

ii. if you have been overcharged or made to pay for reports that you did not purchase.

 

4. In order for your request to be considered and reviewed by the Whaopy’s management team, you should contact us within (21) days of the purchase date. You should accompany this request with detailed reason(s) as to why you seek for a refund and sufficient proof of purchase i.e receipt, emails etc.

 

5. All purchased reports shall remain in our system for (1) year. If you have not extracted the report within (1) year from the date of purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund as provided above. Instead, our team may enable the access for you to download the report from Whopay’s system.
